NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-001318-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT, is Plaintiff, and LEONARD G. SMITH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 418, Building 4 of AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, according to the Declaration of Audubon Condominium at Feather Sound, recorded 6/12/2004, 2004, in Official Records Book 13652, page 1025, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as such Declaration may be amended from time to time.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
