NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 14, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-007515-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and ROBERT E CHMURA, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16TH day of January, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK F, PINEBROOK ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 33-36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH A TRIANGULAR PARCEL OF LAND FROM THE NORTHEAST PORTION OF LOT 21, BLOCK F AND ABUTTING THE SOUTH BORDER OF LOT 12, BLOCK F DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 21, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 14 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY, THENCE WESTERLY TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER INTERSECTION WITH LOT 12 AND THEN 60 FEET BACK EASTERLY ALONG THE CURRENT BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 21 AND 12 TO THE ORIGIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
