NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered November 28, 2017, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Apartment No. 806, as shown on Condominium Plat of Lexington Towers, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 31 through 34, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded December 31, 1970 in Official Records Book 3459, Pages 723 through 752, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of January, 2018.
