LOT 9, WHISPERING FOREST, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 39, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
