Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2017, entered in Case 2017-CA-03122 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, in which KEYS RENTALS, L.L.C., is the Plaintiff and RICHARD D. GREEN, MARTHA L. GREEN, and SCOUNTY, LLC, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of January, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 2, JACKSON PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, as per plat recorded in plat book 16, pages 37 and 38, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 1706 5th Avenue West, Palmetto, Florida 34221.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
