YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet and confirm title of Arthur Pervis and Laura Ramsay in and to the following real property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
Lots 37 and 38, less the East 12 feet thereof conveyed to Manatee County per deed recorded in O.R. Book 1305, Page 3091, CAROLINA TENNESSEE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 156, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Daniel P. VanEtten, Esquire, Blalock Walters, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before JANUARY 15 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
