NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated November 28, 2017, and entered in Case Number 2016-CC-004747, of the County Court of Polk County, Florida, wherein Wellington Homeowners Association of Polk County, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Wilson Four, LLC is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., on January 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Order, to wit:
LOT 77, BLOCK E, WELLINGTON PHASE II as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 24 and 25 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
