NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 16, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of January, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 80, CROSSROADS AT LAKE REGION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
