NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CC-734 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein FEATHER SOUND AT PELICAN STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BEVERLY JACKSON, is the Defendant, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of
December, 2017, in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 705, Building 7, Phase 7, Feather Sound at Pelican Strand, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in
O.R. Book 2394, Page 2519, et seq., of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended.
Any Person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
