Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2017, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East in Naples, Collier County, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 am on December 28, 2017, the following described property:
Lot 1, Timber Ridge, Unit Once according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24 at pages 1 through 2 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
