NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of October, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-003467-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARK PUGLIANO A/K/A MARK E. PUGLIANO; CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT; STATE OF FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of January, 2018, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 188, TANGLEWOOD TERRACE UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
