NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 6th day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-006201, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein E*TRADE BANK, is the Plaintiff and ROXANNE MOORE A/K/A ROXANNE R. MOORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROXANNE MOORE A/K/A ROXANNE R. MOORE; WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk 's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00AM on the 5th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment , to wit:
