NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 8, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 003077 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-FA3, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is Plaintiff and JOHN C LEMON, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4TH day of January, 2018 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 1, MOBILE CITY, UNIT NO. 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 77 and 77A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
