NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 28, 2017, and entered in 17-CA-000078 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THELMA L. MORROW, DECEASED; WILLIAM BRUUN are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
