NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-000466, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST,, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD G. HEADLEY A/K/A RICHARD HEADLEY; TERRI LYNN HEADLEY A/K/A TERRI L. HEADLEY; LINDA BRANSON; LYON FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., A MINNESOTA CORPORATION D/B/A US BANCORP MANIFEST FUNDING SERVICES; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; PRIDE MOBILITY PRODUCTS, CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants.
