Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 01, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20, BLOCK 5, UNIT 2, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on Jan. 3, 2018 beginning at 09:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
