NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 30 day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002216, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is the Plaintiff and DHANANJAYA P. NIRIELLA DANFORTH LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. MENAKA S. JAYAWARDENA; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 241, DANFORTH LAKES PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
