NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 30 day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002206, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NATIONSTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2009-A is the Plaintiff and DAWN PELUSO UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN PELUSO; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A KENNETH SMITH IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
