NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000210 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MLMI Series 2004-A4, Plaintiff and Phillip Robert Gieseke a/k/a Phillip Gieseke a/k/a Philip Gieseke are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 4, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
