NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2017, and the November 21, 2017 Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No.: 16-CA-001748 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARVIN CECIL, LAURA CECIL,CECIL ENTERPRISES, INC., SIGNAL CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC. and ABC COMPANY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the full amount of the bid payable on the same day of sale at www.lee.realforeclosc.com, the Clerk's website for online foreclosure sales, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on December 27, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property to wit:
Unit No. 9 of Signal Center, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument Number 2006000468455, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 25091 Bernwood Drive 9, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim 60 days after the sale.
