Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 4 day of December, 2017, and entered in case No. 17-CC-003015 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MARINER'S COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LEE COUNTY, INC., is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN P. BENHART AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF MARVIN BENHART, DECEASED; CHARLES DEAN BENHART AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF MARVIN BENHART, DECEASED, SHANNON MIA REDDING AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF MARVIN BENHART, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARVIN BENHART, DECEASED, VILLAGE OF ESTERO, A MUNICIPALITY OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of January, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot E-27, of MARINER'S COVE, according to the Plat located in the unrecorded Plat Book 4, Page 1, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
