N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK SAULOG; MELANIE SAULOG; BRANDON BROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MATHEW SCANLON, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
