Broad Street, Tampa, FL, 33618; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the high¬est and best bidder, for cash, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
