NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2017, entered in Case No. 17-CA-2658, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which, RONALD and ROSAN REYNOLDS, are the Plaintiffs, and SEAN and LISA DEYO, CLERK OF CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURTS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, CITY OF TAMPA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), if any, are the Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of December, 2017, the following described property set forth in the final judgment:
Lots 12 and 13, in Block C, of “RIO ALTOS”, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 13, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
