NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-014089 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Hector Sanchez, John Doe, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for First National Bank of Arizona, Rome Trust Holdings, L.L.C, a Florida Limited Liability Company as Trustee under a Trust Agreement and known as Trust No. 1709, dated July 1, 2013, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
