NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered November 28, 2017, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1804, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15084, Page 873, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 142, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of January, 2018.
