NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2017, and entered in 17-002474-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and NADER RADJI A/K/A NADER NICK RADJI A/K/A RICK RADJI A/K/A NICK NADER RADJI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NADER RADJI; PALMA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 5 OF ST PETERSBURG, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 04, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
