NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2017, and entered in 16-002397-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JANICE R. BURKE, DECEASED; WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 08, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1402A, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICICAL RECORD BOOK 4861, PAGE 1517-1586, AND AS SHOWN BY PLOT PLANS OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 78-86, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
