NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2017, and entered in 16-005944-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and STONE'S THROW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LINDA L. TOBIN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 08, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 12204, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF STONE'S THROW XII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE(S) 3 THROUGH 7, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 10, 1988, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6874, PAGE 582 THROUGH 695, AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
