AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and DALE DYCK; NORMA DYCK; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS WOODLAKE RUN CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A EAST LAKE WOODLANDS WOODLAKE RUN CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
