NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2017, and entered in 52-2017-CI-002700 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and KELLY MUNN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 08, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
