NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 03, 2017, and entered in 17-003323-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THOMAS R. JASUNSKI; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; BANK OF AMERICA A/K/A BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 08, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
