NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-005288-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Ira Bruce Shanker a/k/a Bruce Shanker; The Unknown Spouse of Ira Bruce Shanker a/k/a Bruce Shanker; HRLD Enterprises, Inc., as Trustee of the 190128th Street South Land Trust Dated August 24, 2005; The Unknown Beneficiary Of The 1901 28th Street South Land Trust Dated August 24, 2005; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, TANGERINE HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
