Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 4, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, OAK RIDGE COURT ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1937 OAKRIDGE COURT, CLEARWATER, FL 33759; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 18, 2018 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
