NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003342-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Brenda Crockett, as an Heir of the Estate of Lucy W. Ward f/k/a Lucy W. Crockett, deceased; Brenda Crockett, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lucy W. Ward f/k/a Lucy W. Crockett, deceased; Darryl Crockett, as an Heir of the Estate of Lucy W. Ward f/k/a Lucy W. Crockett, deceased; James Ward a/k/a James Ward, Sr., as an Heir of the Estate of Lucy W. Ward f/k/a Lucy W. Crockett, deceased; Pinellas County, Florida; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Lucy W. Ward f/k/a Lucy W. Crockett, deceased; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; William Crockett, as an Heir of the Estate of Lucy W. Ward f/k/a Lucy W.
