NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003093-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-13, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-13, is the Plaintiff and Bay Breeze Cove Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., Kalina Lubomirova aka Kalina V. Lubomirova, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Opteum Financial Services, LLC, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Mike Hamden, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Mysoon Hijazi, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
