NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-006105-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and NATALIE A. SPENCER A/K/A NATALIE SPENCER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY, MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; are Defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of JANUARY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 3, RICHMOND HEIGHTS, UNIT 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 130 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
