NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 8th day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-020590-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-36T2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-36T2, is the Plaintiff and ENRIQUE ALVAREZ; ANUNCIATA N. ALVAREZ; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 24th, day of January 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
