NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-040072-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and LENA ALEVOOR A/K/A LEENA ALEVOOR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, HIAWASSEE OAKS, UNIT 5, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 84, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
