NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9/27/17, and entered in 08-2017-CA-000292 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD M. BROWN, DECEASED; CATHERINE BROWN A/K/A CATHERINE MAY OLSON; TIMOTHY BROWN; AARON BROWN; WESTCHESTER PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
