NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000877AX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST EDGAR D. APPEARS TO BE LOT 3, H. L. MOSS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 10, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
