NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000877AX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST EDGAR D. RESHARD, DECEASED; CARRIE LEE JOHNSON; OTIS BENNETT; RADAWN RESHARD; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash website of www.manatee.realforeclose.com, 11:00 a.m., on January 10, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEGIN 263 FEET E OF SW CORNER OF NE 1/4 OF SW 1/4, EAST 66 FEET, NORTH 330 FEET, WEST 66 FEET, SOUTH 330 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 34, SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST. APPEARS TO BE LOT 3, H. L. MOSS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 10, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
