NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 31, 2017 in Civil Case No. 11-2017-CA-000474-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is the Plaintiff, and OSCAR JULIAN BETANCOURT; ERIN ORTIZ; AVE MARIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on January 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, OF COQUINA AT MAPLE RIDGE PHASE I, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 55 THROUGH 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
