IN THE CIRCUIT COURT
OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on January 4, 2018, at 11:00 o'clock Am, in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida 34112 offer for sale and sell at public outrcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 4, HORR'S ISLAND AKA KEY MARCO, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLOT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 5 THROUGH 19, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Pursuant to the order of final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, in the style of which is:
PAUL R. MASSELINK, Individually and as Trustee of the Paul Masselink Trust dated May 6, 1982, as amended and reinstated by the Paul R.
Masselink Trust dated June 22, 2001, and the Paul R.
Masselink Trust (Second Amendment) dated August 4, 2010, and RMELL, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company,
Plaintiff, vs.
ULLAH'S REAL ESTATE, LLC, a Florida limited
liability company, FARID ULLAH, an individual, KEY MARCO COMMUNITY
ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, and any and all UNKNOWN PARTIES,
claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown
parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, and any and all UNKNOWN TENANTS,
Defendants.
And the docket number of which is 17-CA-600.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
