NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 25, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000071-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-BNC3 is the Plaintiff and Carlos A Santos III; Carlos Santos II; Maria E. Santos; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM. on the 4th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 180 feet of Tract 108, Unit 64, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 64, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
