Mendoza, Evelyn B. Mendoza, Macdill Federal Credit Union, Meadow Pointe III Homeowner's Association, Inc., Tropics Investment Group, LLC, A Florida LLC, Unknown Tenant I n/k/a Michael Dalessio, Unknown Tenant II n/k/a Debbie Warford, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
