NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 005572 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Substituted Plaintiff and MICHAEL LAMBERT; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on January 11, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 57, The Oaks at River Ridge Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 17 through 21, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
