COMES NOW, the Plaintiffs, ZACH STEVENSON and JOHN STEVENSON, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a Quiet Title action on the following properties listed below has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Sarasota, on October 18, 2017. Case No: 17-CA-5188.
1. Lot 9, Block 2422, 49TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 1 & 1A thru 1TT, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE, of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 4575 Via Royale, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before 1-15-18, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of you current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
