NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 9 2017, and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-004595 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Midland Funding, LLC, as successor in interest to Citibank (South Dakota), N.A., Teresa Marie Stamper Also Known As Teresa Stamper, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Tim Stamper, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a William Tront, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 8th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
