NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 04, 2017, and entered in 2014 CA 004938 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT I. GAREAU, DECEASED; MARY E. GAREAU; EDWARD GAREAU A/K/A EDWARD T. GAREAU; JOAN GAREAU-ZIELINSKI A/K/A JOAN THERESE GAREAU-ZIELINSKI; ROBERTA GAREAU-PARK A/K/A ROBERTA IRENE GAREAU-PARK; JOSEPH VINCENT GAREAU A/K/A JOSEPH V. GAREAU; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO SOUTHTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA TIM OSBORNE are the Defendant(s).
