NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2017, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007897 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2006-A1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-A., is the Plaintiff and Barbara A. Smith; Unknown Spouse of Barbara A. Smith; Donna Lynn Smith; PRA III, LLC; Worldwide Asset Purchasing LLC as assignee of Bank of America NA; Aqua Finance, Inc.; United States of America; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 8th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 387, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
